The team prepares functional briefs, architectural briefs, master planning inputs, design concepts, resource planning inputs, engineering service concepts and preliminary cost estimates.

Detailed Design Engineering

NOUS coordinates with associated architects, client architects and engineering consultants across structural engineering, public health services, HVAC, medical gases, communication systems, IT, fire systems, interiors, landscaping and site development.

Project Coordination and Works Implementation

NOUS supports technical specifications, BOQs, bid evaluation and periodic supervision in coordination with the project team. The role is healthcare planning and technical coordination, not PMC.
